Screened Patio With Tile

This project is a beautiful and functional custom screened patio that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. To create this stunning space, we started by installing beautiful tile flooring selected by our customer with a 1/16" grout line.

After completing the flooring, we turned our attention to the rest of the space. We wrapped the existing porch columns with 1x2 aluminum extrusion, giving them a sleek and modern look that perfectly complemented the space.

Next, we installed chair rails with a kickplate the length of the entire room, providing protection from weed eater maintenance and other potential damage. Finally, we installed a custom screened door with a closer, ensuring that the space remains a pest-free environment for entertaining and relaxing.
